Merger creates new avenues of growth for leading developers in technology industry.
Los Angeles, CA – September 5, 2006 – Shinano Kenshi Corporation (SKC-U.S), a leading Los Angeles, CA-based manufacturer of electronic motors for the automotive, medical, office, and computer peripheral markets, has announced a merger and financial partnership with PlextorŽ Corp., a leading developer and manufacturer of high-performance digital media equipment. Effective September 1, 2006, Plextor Corporation will operate under a new corporate identity-Plextor LLC, a partner and merged entity of SKC-U.S. Plextor will continue to operate under its current structure and will remain located in Fremont, California.
