Educational Requirements: BSME or BSEE; ideal candidate will have MSME or MSEE.
Job Experience: 3 – 5 years in similar or like products and industries.
Language Requirements: Strong English language skills required; conversational in either Japanese or Chinese a real plus.

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description: Confers with customers to review project needs and to analyze and determine requirements for electronic motors and controls, and coordinates with engineers to ensure application of proper components. Provides technical support, advice and solutions to customers, and troubleshoots and helps manage product quality issues related to electronic components during R&D phase, mass production, and installation. Provides technical coordination and support between management and engineering staff at R&D and manufacturing center in Japan and U.S. customers, recommending electronic and other design modifications as necessary. Provides sales representatives and new employees with training about company products and applications. Travels to Japan and to assigned customer sites in eastern U.S.
Educational Requirements: MS in engineering
Job Experience: 2 years in design and/or applications engineering. Experience must be related to electronic motor technologies and the design and application of brushless DC motors relevant to digital office products and personal computer peripherals.
Language Requirements: Oral and written fluency in Japanese.
